Ordering quality

Unlike most Internet merchants we do not employ an automated order processing service. All orders are carefully checked to ensure quality. If your order reflects a discrepancy, one of Mina Gallery's knowledgeable staff members will be in contact with you. That right! With Mina Gallery there are not surprises.

Special Orders

Most of our featured parts are developed and manufactured in Europe. In some cases products ordered will not be in stock in our California Warehouse. If such a situation should arise, your account will not be charged. A Mina Gallery staff member will contact you with the details of your order. Your account will only be charged if you are still interested in placing the order. Special orders will require at least a 50% deposit. Special order terms will be made during your purchase.

Unless otherwise stated, special orders cannot be refunded.

Taxation

California residents must pay 8.25% sales tax.
Orders from outside California pay no sales tax.

Most of our featured items are in stock in our California warehouse. Ready to ship orders will usually be processes and shipped within the same day. Most orders take approximately 5-9 business days to arrive. Items not in stock may take up to 14 days to arrive. Special orders may take up to 21 extra days to arrive from Europe.

Our shipping rates are calculated based on product cost, weight, and size. Shipping costs are offset against the total price of your order.

California Residents get free shipping on orders up to $999.99
After that Californian orders pay only half of regular shipping costs.

RETURN POLICY and 100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

The Mina Gallery staff wants you to be happy with your purchase. If you find the product does not meet your needs, contact us to receive a refund.

To receive a refund the product must be in new condition. Parts that have been installed, damaged, or otherwise used cannot be returned. Call to receive a return authorization number **do not return items without notifying us first.

Return requests should be received within 30 days of the item's delivery. Only part failures that occur after the 30 day period will be considered for a refund.

20% restocking applies on all returns. Unless the return was due to our mistake, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Most special order or sale items are not refundable.

We at Mina Gallery want to make your shopping experience pleasurable. If for some reason you are not happy with out service, please contact us. We will go out of our way to resolve issues to our mutual satisfaction.
